EPIC SPELL CASTER (WIZARD)
Learn to cast 4th-level spells.
Prerequisites: Wizard level 6th.
XP Cost: 10,000.
Benefit: You gain a single 4th-level spell slot. (If your Intelligence is 18 or higher, you also gain a bonus 4th-level spell slot.)
