Baba Yaga
An ancient witch-crone, said to possess tremendous supernatural power. Many stories are told about her, but very little definite information exists.
One consistent element of all the stories is Baba Yaga's hut, which sometimes is called the Dancing Hut (see below).
The Spirit Animal
The creature whom a player character meets when he or she comes to the place in their world where Baba Yaga's hut should be (but isn't). The spirit animal transports the character to the world where the campaign takes place.
The spirit animal appears as a normal animal (though slightly large for its species), but can talk. Not every character sees the same kind of spirit animal; it may be a hare for one person, a raven for another, etc. It is not clear whether this is the same creature in different guises, or different creatures.

Baba Yaga's Dancing Hut
A small wooden hut, which stands on two legs, very much like those of a colossal chicken. The hut can move (walk or run) of its own accord.
Legend says that a person wishing to enter the hut will find it lacking any visible entrance or portal, until he speaks the magic words: "Little hut, little hut, turn with your front to me and your back to the forest!", at which point the hut will turn around, revealing a door.
