For every 20,000 XP a sorcerer spends on epic abilities, he can switch out one of her spells known (of any spell level, from 0th to 4th) for another one of the same level.
Sorcerer epic abilities
EPIC SPELL CASTER (SORCERER)
Learn to cast 4th-level spells.
Prerequisites: Sorcerer level 6th.
XP Cost: 10,000.
Benefit: You gain a single 4th-level spell slot. (If your Charisma is 18 or higher, you also gain a bonus 4th-level spell slot.)
bloodline arcana as L8 bloodline powers as L8 L9 bloodline power L15 bloodline power (10k, requires the other one) spells as rituals
