EPIC SPELL CASTER (RANGER)
Learn to cast 2th-level spells.
Prerequisites: Ranger level 6th, Wis 14.
XP Cost: 5,000.
Benefit: You gain a single 2nd-level spell slot. (If your Wisdom is 18 or higher, you also gain a bonus 2nd-level spell slot.)
