For every 20,000 XP an oracle spends on epic abilities, she can switch out one of her spells known (of any spell level, from 0th to 4th) for another one of the same level.
Oracle epic abilities
EPIC SPELL CASTER (ORACLE)
Learn to cast 4th-level spells.
Prerequisites: Oracle level 6th.
XP Cost: 10,000.
Benefit: You gain a single 4th-level spell slot. (If your Charisma is 18 or higher, you also gain a bonus 4th-level spell slot.)

additional revelation (taken up to thrice)
additional revelation, and take revelations as if higher level (7? 11?)

add "gain a spell known" to epic caster? (and to all other spontaneous casters?)
